At BlackButterfly, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
